I believe I can flyyyyyyy

Don't ask about the weird title.

So on Thursday, me and my family flew out (in a small airplane that my step-dad can now fly for fun purposes since he got his pilot's license) to Santa Ynez down south from San Jose and got a taxi to a small Dutch like town of Solvang which would've been an almost four hour drive but instead was a one hour flight. We got some lunch and then just went around looking through all the small shops, mostly antique stores which are always fun to look at all the old stuff.

Then later that afternoon we flew north to the Oceano Dunes for a few minutes and we luckily got there in time for the sunset which was just gorgeous. Got a bunch of shells that washed up on shore. Then we flew back to San Jose and got a late dinner at Wendy's which I haven't had in over a year. Their fries are awesome!

So nowadays my mom's friend Carrie from Indiana has come over for a visit and my mom's been hanging out with her. They went to Napa Valley yesterday. We went to the Gilroy Outlets today and I got a couple shirts from Forever 21 and a cup of Starbucks hot chocolate. The entire town of Gilroy smelled of garlic because of their Garlic Festival but when we went last year it wasn't as well as I anticipated other than getting garlic fries. They even had garlic ice cream which wasn't uber great. Anyway, we went out to Chevy's for an early dinner and came home.

Tomorrow's gonna be the first day of August and I have less than three weeks to finish my summer assignments. I've finished reading all the books I'm required to read and have started on the whole typing up and searching for meanings and what not. Really really should get on that. Oh, and me and my sister still need our Whooping Cough shots so we can even go to school which I'm not psyched for at all. Out of my phobias one of them has to be needles for medical and drug use. Always makes me shudder when I see it on TV.

On another small note I finally got access to Netflix for the first time in forever and added a crap ton of anime to it. Cannot wait to get on that.

I really wish I didn't have to be back in school

Title will explain itself.

So I went up flying with my step dad yesterday. He's working to get his pilot's license so we can get our own private plane to go to places like Catalina Island. Took some good pics from up in the air. I was really tired and I tried to fall asleep. And when we landed I got a MASSIVE toothache. Was no fun AT ALL. Stupid sinuses...





Finally after two weeks of vacation, me and Marina are back in school. I'm soooo messed up in my brain. I'm about close to falling asleep in my classes and I still have a headache and still on the verge of getting my mom's cold. I love you Mom but I hate the cold. I really hope I feel better tomorrow and I get to be able to go to school.

So today was me and my sister's dentist appointment. Just another six month check up and cleaning no biggie. I did find out that one of my molars is growing a lot slowly than it should be and it's causing some pain so there is a possibility for braces! Happy, happy, joy, joy. I really hope I don't get braces. It's either that or I get a tooth pulled out. I really really hoped my toothache was from a wisdom tooth growing in super early...Oh well. Won't know what I'll need until I see a specialist.

Last Day in Florida

Well as the title says today's the last day/night in Florida. Did some more packing. Our flight tomorrow leaves from the Orlando airport at 7:55 in the morning and we are currently about two hours away from the Orlando airport so tomorrow is going to require us waking up at five in the morning so we can get to the airport, get our tickets, go through security, possibly get some airport food for breakfast, and get on the plane. It does sound crazy but we always manage to do it all. Even with it being a weekday in the middle of the summer. And we've been doing this for 3 years too. Depending on what happens after all the flying madness I probably won't type up another post for another day or two. I'm not sure.

Right now we're watching Cheaters on G4 eating cookies. In case you've never heard of it, it's a show about cameras following the boy/girlfriends of people who suspect that they are cheating on them. It's pretty entertaining actually. Check it out sometime if you're interested.
